While VJ Technologies built the X-ray hardware, we designed the HCI and UI to enhance operator efficiency and accuracy. By mapping real on-ground workflows, we created an intuitive interface with clear multi-angle scan visualizations to reduce cognitive load and streamline inspection. The result is a digital system that empowers operators to detect defects faster and more reliably in high-stakes automotive manufacturing.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
Veda Core detects internal air bubbles in alloy castings using multi-angle X-ray scanning to prevent corrosion and engine failure. We refined the defect-detection workflow to align smoothly with the high-precision hardware, improving speed, accuracy, and operator usability. The result is a reliable quality-control system that strengthens engine safety and longevity by eliminating casting flaws at the source.
