We designed the world’s first fully automated, no-human-touch Panipuri vending machine, now operating in Amsterdam, delivering authentic, hygienic, and contactless Indian street food. The machine automates puri inflation using IR heating, precise filling with flavored water, masala, and fillings, and serves five Panipuris in 30 seconds. Pre-packaged ingredient kits with a one-year shelf life ensure global scalability and consistent taste. By combining automation, hygiene, and authentic flavor replication, the system meets strict food safety standards while offering an immersive culinary experience. This innovation introduces Panipuri to international markets efficiently, hygienically, and at scale.
