We built a smoke-resistant, high-contrast display system that shows real-time carbon, silicon, and temperature readings with clear visibility in harsh foundry conditions. The interface integrates smoothly into workflows and requires minimal training, allowing operators to make fast and confident decisions during metal pouring. This digital layer transforms the analyser into a connected, operator-friendly system that boosts safety and efficiency.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
We designed a rugged system for SRL Probes that measures carbon, silicon, and temperature directly from molten metal in harsh foundry conditions. With high-temperature sensors and industrial durability, it delivers accurate real-time readings to improve casting quality and safety.
