Mercedes-Benz’s Global Training and Learning Systems (GTLS) is vital for equipping technicians and sales teams worldwide. However, reliance on outdated PPTs and manuals led to declining sales, costly service errors, and low skill retention. We reimagined GTLS with a gamified training platform for desktop and tablets, offering immersive, real-world simulations. Technicians practiced everything from basic servicing to complex repairs in a safe virtual environment, while sales teams engaged with interactive modules replicating customer scenarios. This approach improved technician efficiency, enhanced safety, and boosted sales performance—transforming GTLS into a dynamic, future-ready learning ecosystem for Mercedes-Benz.
