INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
DV19 is an ergonomic vaccine gun for largescale poultry farms, designed to vaccinate over 1 lakh chickens daily without worker fatigue. We replaced the traditional index-finger trigger with a thumb-operated mechanism and added a neck stabilizer for precise delivery, reducing mortality and health risks. Durable, fast, and easy to use, DV19 sets a new benchmark for efficient and sustainable poultry vaccination.
