Dadaj Biryani, a legendary Satara biryani brand, partnered with Dominix Design Studio to scale its presence while maintaining quality and authenticity. We developed a cost-efficient, highly replicable expansion model that enabled the brand to enter Pune with multiple outlets supported by three central kitchens, ensuring operational efficiency and consistent taste. Each outlet was designed with a modest ₹5 lakh investment and a rapid 15-day ROM (Return on Money) module, making the expansion both profitable and sustainable. By combining smart space planning, operational optimization, and cohesive brand design, Dominix facilitated Dadaj Biryani’s growth while preserving its culinary legacy.
