Dhruva Paknikar is a globally acclaimed designer and entrepreneur, leading Dominix Group. His expertise spans industrial design, brand strategy, Space Experience, Hospitality Design and digital transformation, with clients like Lamborghini and Rolex. A TEDx speaker and award-winning innovator, he has designed over 500 brands and products. He also founded Abled Labs, creating inclusive solutions for the specially abled. Dhruva continues to shape industries, redefining holistic experience design worldwide.

Two decades of leadership in digital business, disruptive products, IT & business transformation consulting, start-ups (entrepreneur), and new practices (intrapreneur). A recipient of multiple industry awards, including Internet 2.0 Outstanding Leadership and IBM Dream Team, Avadhoot (Avi) is recognized for contributions to open innovation, client experience, capital markets innovations, Web 3.0, and business transformation. Alumnus of College of Engineering Pune, IIT Bombay, Stanford, and Said Business School, Oxford.

AJ is pursuing several diverse interests including UX/CX, Ed-Tech, Horticulture, Hospitality & Linguistics.

As Head of COE & Ecosystem Development at SMIT and DeAsra’s representative, he drives national projects on empowerment and self-reliance. A seasoned trainer, he has led 200+ corporate programs using experiential learning and counseled over 500 individuals on well-being.
